FROM SCRATCH FEE: 'From scratch' means I will redesign/design a character from scratch. This requires more time and more check-ins before completion. You will also be exempt from revision fees. You can skip this fee if you have enough references/mood boards or a detailed description(with at least one or 2 images). €7
