I. CONDUCT

 

- All parties are expected to write clearly, concisely and politely.

- All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted.

- Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.

 

II. PAYMENT

 

- Commissions can be paid [50/50 or full] and MUST BE UPFRONT before or after the rough sketch (For sketch commissions only, payment should be UPFRONT, for your protection and mine.

- If the price is over €100 or over budget, I can work up to 2-5 instalments as long as it is discussed beforehand.

- Payment accepted in [EURO] only. Please convert before sending!

- Payment via [PayPal/Revolut/Ko-fi] will be requested.

 

III. PROCESS

 

- I will give updates as I work.

- Commissions are generally expected to take [2-4 weeks] or less, from full to partial payment, which might take longer depending on the commission and response time. 

-The QUEUE page will have updates on where you are on the queue, the type of commission you have requested and the status.

-Voice your opinion early if anything seems off to you. I will not make any changes after the piece is completed.

- The client will be informed if any circumstances delay commission completion.

-Please note I work part-time and am working on other people's commissions. I will let you know if anything comes up. 

 

 

IV. REVISIONS

 

- The subject of the commission cannot be edited once completed. e.g. changing character, design etc

- A maximum of 3 revisions is given after the sketch phase. During the sketch stage, revisions are free of charge. Ref sheets are also exempt from revisions, unless you add the "MADE FROM SCRATCH FEE" of €7, which allows for multiple revisions and does not need extra charges

- More revisions will result in extra fees. A charge of €5 is added for more revisions

-If a mistake is made on my end, I can fix it free of charge as long as it’s minor. (ex. a marking, eye colour, or a detail that was mentioned in the form or through discussion, but please be clear, and you may edit the work to show the correction)

-If the client wishes to change or edit part of the commission after completion, a fee of €12 will be charged

 

V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY

 

- The artist can cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount anytime. However, depending on the commission status, only 25%- 50% of the total commission will be refunded.

- Refunds may be given if I cannot complete your commission for any reason, whether I have not yet begun it, and two months or more have passed since you fully paid for it.

- If the client ceases contact for over 1 month, the commission will be considered concluded, and no refunds will be issued.

-Clients cannot get a refund if your commission is complete.

- Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting and you cannot commission from me again. All rights that may have been granted regarding the artwork will be revoked.

 

VI. COPYRIGHT + USAGE

 

- Under no circumstances may the artist's signature/logo be removed from any work.

- You may ask for an unwatermarked version to be sent to you, this version is for personal use only.

- Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist unless permission is granted.

- The artist reserves full rights to the work produced.

- All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use is 50% of the commission.

- Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used to make or promote monetized content or training A.I  by anyone but the original artist unless discussed with the artist.

- Credit artist with the name SYTOONZ.

What I will NOT draw:

– Incest
– Blob or morbidly obese characters
– Underage characters in a NSFW setting
– Diaper
– Racism
– Propaganda
– Functionally accurate robotic assets (like a robotic arm that would realistically work irl,) I’m interested in mechs or robotic parts though.
– Wrestling related commissions
– Religious themes
– Fetishized extremely muscly characters
